About LMN

Lindsey Naumann is a graphic designer based in Columbia, Missouri, specializing in private label packaging for large retailers and independent food brands bringing new or improved products to market.

She approaches package design with thoughtfulness that invites engagement, interaction and nostalgia, and most importantly, pride in the purchase—at any price point. She’s drawn to retailers who understand that private label programs don’t have to be boring—they can be the very reason customers choose them.

In her spare time, Lindsey is working on a side project growing nearly 1,000 peony plants for cut-flower experiences. Old Plank Peony Farm—a dream rooted in patience, customer interaction, and natural beauty. She can also be found hand-sewing vintage ribbons and crafting leather trim for her husband’s custom cowboy hats at H.D. Naumann Hat Co. Whether she’s shaping visual identities, tending growing things, or developing new ideas, her work is grounded in thoughtful design and details that connect with customers.

Why LMN?

  • 20+ years experience specializing in private label package design for national retailers.

  • Senior designer offering agency-quality work without the layers and overhead.

  • Past and current clients: Kroger (12+ years), Sprouts Farmers Market (5+ years), H-E-B Grocery Co (10 years in-house), plus bringing to life numerous small shop brands in between.

LMN partners with brands to build, stretch, and strengthen meaningful consumer connections that last. Strategic package design drives sales by engaging busy shoppers through clear, compelling messaging and imagery that entertains, informs, comforts, and delights. It’s more than a beautiful label—it’s a tool that supports your customer at every touchpoint. This isn’t design for design’s sake; it’s packaging that works hard for your customer. From entry-level products to premium tiers, we understand how to design with clarity and purpose across brand portfolios.
